Brainstorming session for the next few days....
I guess it's time to write again. It's been a while.....
I feel good. I honestly have been feeling good over the last two months. I have been feeling so happy of late. It's good. I'm keeping healthy. I have my daily, well almost daily, runs every morning. I enjoy that so much. I walk and run and run until I am totally soaked. An hour later and I am done, and feeling so on top of the world. Hah. I cannot believe it but I think I am so totally addicted to my runs now. Every afternoon after work, I look up and if the weather permits, I head out for my runs. I run everywhere. And now I feel so healthy. I have so much energy now. I feel good. I feel healthy. I feel confident. And being the totally modest bastard that I am, I now think I look good!! Many people have been complimenting that I don't look like I'm 34...most think that I'm still 26/27. Wow! Have all the changes in lifestyle, diet, thinking process, exercises reversed the ageing process a bit? :)Blueberries are my favourite snacks now...even my office fridge is well stocked up with them :)
Talking about work, it has been a very busy and tough 3 months so far. Travelled to 8 cities so far for work assignments, meetings and projects. I love my job! However, I've declined any overseas work commitment for the entire month of April as I do need the break from travelling. It'll be a different and refreshing period to be just home in Singapore for the entire month of April :) My career has definitely accelerated to another platform since January..I've been able to push my own potential even more. More challenges have been tackled and I'm very proud of the achievements. The competitive streak in me definitely get reborned again this year. Yay!! In the current uncertainty with the global economy, I'm very blessed to still have a job. 10 close friends of mine here in Singapore and KL have lost their jobs or gotten demoted with hefty pay cuts. My heart goes out to them...and I will try to help them as much as I can. I'm sure everyone will bounce back with the right support and aids.
Where's my blueberries?......

Happy New Year 2009 to everyone! Hope it'll be a fantastic year! I'm gonna make this year a year filled with joy, happiness, gratitude, success, wealth spiritual richness, ambitions, fulfilling dreams, generosity and most of all...love :) :) :)
At KLIA now.Flying back to Singapore later at 10pmish. 4 days in KL attending meetings kinda boring. But my stay at the Westin has been fantastic. Met up with a couple of online chat buddies at Starbucks Pavilion on Tuesday. That was fun!Managed to catch Australia at the cinema too...it was just an OK movie. Hope I'm not too distracted with my MSN and YM now. Hahaha! Just chatting with a few friends..catching up on the latest news. Oh..just noticed the idiotic sissy Faisal's tag..hilarious! I'll put up his picture here in the next entry...
Anyway, gotta go now..

Arrived in Singapore 2 hours ago. The flight from Brunei was pretty smooth. Getting ready for the award ceremony now...have to look extra special today. Hahaha! I need to tweak my speech too. It's a tad too technical somehow. I hate giving speeches.
The flight back to Brunei is at 855pm tonite...I wonder if I have enough time to swing by SGH National Cancer Centre after the ceremony. Hope so..I can then make the necessary arrangements for the SCT. The next battle starts next week. I'm scared shitless!!! The appointment in KL last Friday and Saturday bore some encouraging news, though. So that helps calm the nerves for now :)
Oh darn! My Singtel line is not cooperating. It keeps on deactivating itself. Have send my PA to check the simcard later. Cant be my BB having a problem.
I hope the interview with ChannelNewsAsia won't be too difficult. I think I'm prepared for it. Fingers crossed :)
Just realised how hectic my schedules for this week..will be jetting between Singapore, Brunei and KL. I must be crazy!!!!

Having my brunch at Tonka Bean now while waiting for my room to be cleaned. The tuna n pesto spaghetti is fantastic. And I just love my salad with balsamic vinegar. Healthy stuff :)
Went to Cali with Tom, James and Kenji around 8ish this morning. Had a great chest and arms workout. Managed to do 10km run on the treadmill before that. I'm definitely on the mends. Yay!
It's such a beautiful Sunday..the sun is out, the sky is clear. A great day to just chill out with friends by the pool. I wonder if the hotel allows spur of the moment pool party. Now now..that's a great idea :)
I went to the Pavilion last nite for dinner with Kelv. Tried the chicken chop rice at Little Taiwan. It was so and so. Had cheng teng for dessert. It was alright. I had better ones at Jalan Alor. While waiting for Tom, Hafeez, Kelly, Sam, Nic and Jo to arrive for our 1105pm movie, Kelv and I decided to have a little drink at the Kopitiam. We were in the midst of talking about the Terry Fox Run KL when Faisal and Khairul appeared. And started harping on a trivial issue. I can only say one thing to them now...deal with the reality that I've washed my hands off the matter when I broke up Marcus. So, any grouses should be aimed at him, not me. And definitely not at my friend, Kelv! That was just so damn rude. And very cowardly too. Victim of situation? The funny thing was that Kelv actually thought that this so called macho Faisal was a bit soft and bitchy. Top? I don't think so :) I'm actually amazed that I didn't feel anything last nite when I saw the two of them...I guess that reaffirms the irrelevance of both :) I related the whole incidence to the gang right before we went up to the cinema...we had a really good laugh about that. Tom knows who this Faisal is. He's rather an emotional than rationale kinda guy. Wah, spot on! If only the gang arrived a few minutes earlier, they would've met these two blokes. That would be interesting! :)One thing for sure...I am not giving in to their silly illogical demands. I've done my part way back in May/June. U are not getting anything from me anymore. Enough is enough. I've forgiven but I definitely won't forget. Lets see how u'd react if your whole family and office know the real you. I'm not vindictive but when push comes to shove, don't regret a single thing.
It's almost 120pm and I'm still eating. Hahaha! Eating a slice of carrot cake now. A slice as in a huge slice!!
I think I'll go to KLCC tonite to look for books at Kinokuniya. And perhaps buy myself a new white tshirt from Zara too. I've been eyeing it for a while now. Hmm..may be I'll walk over to KLCC around 6pm later.
Okie time to head back to my room and do some work for my conference. And take my meds.

Flew up to KL very early this morning. Nearly missed that flight as I had overslept!
The flight was OK..managed to do final touches on the powerpoint presentation on the Psychology of Strategic Management. Made a new friend too..another management consultant who sat next to me. He saw me the presentation on my laptop screen...that broke the ice between us. A nice friendly chap...with good looks to boot! Hahaha!
Meetings at Putrajaya and Petronas Tower 1 today...very challenging on the mind and patience! But everything met the set goals. So, I'm very happy! :)
Had dinner with Kelvin at Pizza Hut, KLCC..we ordered too much food! ENO is a wonderful friend for indigestion...hahahahaha!
Gonna enjoy a long warm bath now.........
